The HR3 Status Bar
The Status Bar is always visible at the bottom of the screen, as shown in the figure above. Any text displayed may be either enabled (displayed in black text) or disabled (displayed in grey text). The entries in the Status Bar provide a snapshot of current system settings:
- Any system messages will be displayed on the left.
- Modified will be enabled if you have modified an item but not yet saved it.
- The area showing Administrator will show the name of the current user.
- The date and time are taken from your computer and are used by payroll in various functions throughout the payrun.
- Any system icons which display communication status will be displayed on the right.
